We would like to extend an invitation for your members and residents in and around your
community to come and join us for the Senior Appreciation Day. This is an event that is
catered to our seniors 55+ to allow them to ask questions and give them firsthand knowledge in
many areas from Medicare Enrollment, Healthcare needs, Healthy options for eating, how to
avoid being the victim of a SCAM and give them information on many other services that are
FREE to them.
Our goal is to create a ONE-STOP location for our seniors to get everything they need to assist
them to live a happy, healthy and prosperous life. Instead of them having to travel to multiple
places…we are bringing all the places to them. We are asking that all of our faith-based
leaders, community leaders and senior care center leaders please help us to promote this
event by spreading the word to your congregations, community, family and friends. We
encourage you to share the event by posting the flyer on social media and by adding it to your
websites.
We have a number of senior focused agencies and business partners lined up to attend the
event and best of all LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED. While at the event seniors can enjoy fun
games, activities, engage in some trivia and enter into a raffle where everyone will win
something! Please RSVP by November 22, 2022 to the phone number or email address
below.
Our goal for the event is to cover areas that affect our seniors like:
Medicare (Questions and Answers)
Healthcare (Are you getting what you need from your current provider or facility)
Heart health, Diabetes, Healthy eating (Where are the resources located)
SCAM Prevention (Who can you Trust??? on your phone or at your front door)
And many more areas
We are encouraging both seniors and their caregivers to attend the seminar. It will be held
Tuesday, November 29th from 10am-2pm. We do not want any roadblocks to prevent anyone
from attending that wishes to come. We will be assisting to help provide transportation to
anyone that needs it.
